Jennifer is passionate about people and wellness. She aspires to bring together yoga and mindfulness to help others live life to the fullest! She taught secondary history for 13 years and during that time, she has come to appreciate the importance of movement and meditation.
Her journey on her mat began in 2007 when her friends encouraged her to try her to a Power Flow yoga class during college. She was instantly hooked and began practicing regularly to develop a stronger and more flexible body in order to complement her running regimen and to relieve stress during student teaching. Jennifer is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Power Yoga Works in 2009 and Beyond Asana in 2013. Jennifer also received her meditation certificate with Cyndi Lee. Overtime, she became certified to teach restorative, kids, and prenatal yoga to better need the needs of her students. She works with individuals, sports teams, private and public corporations, and other small groups (wedding parties, bridal/baby showers, etc.) |
Stroller Barre
Stroller Barre® is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class that brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. Stroller Barre® will help mom regain posture and alignment, increase flexibility and develop long, strong muscles. Just like our fun, Stroller Strides class format, Stroller Barre instructors weave songs, games and activities in to your workout to help keep your child happy and engaged in their stroller. This class focuses on restoring and strengthening the muscle groups and body structures that are negatively impacted and weakened by pregnancy and motherhood. The results are a longer, leaner-looking mommy!
